BlueFire Grille at the Hilton features an eclectic new look and includes a beautifully appointed bar, set against the artistic scenery of the Grand Canyon, modernized lighting, a comfortable living room style lounge area, and cozy booths for dining. BlueFire is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. The menu features New World cuisine influenced by American, Latin, Caribbean, Asian and Native American flavors.
